About Me

I'm currently based in Gargrave near Skipton North Yorkshire (UK). I was born and raised in The Lake District which has left me with a deep appreciation for the great outdoors and nature.

I’ve always had a creative side, which is as varied as my working life. Painting, drawing, cartooning, t-shirt design and photography have never been far away.

My Mum’s comment:

“I just signed you up for anything, cubs; scouts; karate; nature programs; walking groups; canoeing, anything just to keep you occupied”.

Teachers comment on my primary school report:

“Steven’s boundless enthusiasm often gets him into trouble".

This natural inquisitiveness and enthusiasm, combined with my technical and artistic background, mixed with a proven ability to deal with people from all walks of life, has equipped me well for my role as a photographer and image maker.
